Karen Miller, Board Member
Karen S. Miller, MD earned her bachelor's degree in English from Goshen College and her master's degree in English from Wright State University. She taught high school and college English before embarking on a career in medicine. She completed her internal medicine internship and residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Dr. Miller served as chief medical resident at Jerry L. Pettis VA Medical Center in Loma Linda, and performed her pulmonary-critical care fellowship at the University of New Mexico.
Dr. Miller’s father’s family hails from Twin Falls, Idaho. Feeling the need to connect to her roots and share Idaho’s outdoor spaces and limitless recreational opportunities with her family, Dr. Miller moved her family to Boise in 2008.
